Hi I’m Tia B.. I owe my love of music to my brother who was a DJ in the early 80’s.. I was introduced to the sound system culture by Alamantando in the Early 90’s, he approached me to be a selector in an all female sound.
Nowadays, I play a variety of genres like R’n’B, Soul, Nu Skool, Hip Hop, Slow Jams, Dancehall, Reggae, Revive, Grime, Garage, Jungle and Afrobeats. I love what I do.. Ultimately I hope my journey inspires and encourages more females into becoming DJs.
