Every Saturday morning we kick off Saturday’s schedule with ‘The Soup Kitchen’ hosted by DJ Sensi. The first hour features ‘Revival corner’ where songs, riddims and instrumentals from the classic and golden years are revived and brought to the listeners attention for sweet listening pleasure. At 10am the feature is ‘Gospel at 10’ where we highlight one Gospel song, one artist for a spin at 10am.
10-10:30 its all about the lovers, rubdub and vocal music. Each week we take a different slice of the sweet pudding cake called reggae music!
The main feature for the program is the final hour (10:30-11:30) which is called ‘the Fresh Zone’ – in this segment we highlight singles, albums and riddim tracks that have been freshly released, usually within that week (inbetween shows). Often featured are outstanding albums, clever riddims and interesting One Drops. Only the best selection is the norm for a Saturday morning. Please do share the link and visit back the website.
