Silvastone is a long‑standing DJ and selector whose musical journey began in Jamaica in 1984, playing with the renowned Black Jaguar sound system. His early years behind the decks shaped his deep love for authentic dancehall culture and laid the foundation for a career rooted in passion, skill and originality.
After leaving Black Jaguar, he built his own sound system, Silverstone, establishing himself as a rising force in the dancehall scene. Shortly afterwards, he moved to England, where his journey continued to grow. Joining Skyline Radio introduced him to a wider audience, helping listeners across the UK get to know his style, energy and musical identity.
Over the years, Silvastone has played at events across the country, earning respect for his sharp selections, smooth delivery and commitment to keeping classic dancehall culture alive.
